Caribbean oil alliance Petrocaribe is holding on Monday a ministerial summit in Nicaragua to discuss the achievements of the oil supply agreement and to establish new commitments. Rosario Murillo, the First Lady of Nicaragua and coordinator of the Council of Communication and Citizenship, confirmed the participation of Venezuelan Minister of Energy and Petroleum Rafael Ramírez.
