By MARY ANASTASIA O'GRADY - In remarks to the local Nicaraguan press in mid-June, Vice President Jaime Morales celebrated Iranian plans to boost cooperation with his country. "I understand that there are many [Iranian] projects being studied and developed" for Nicaragua, Mr. Morales said. He added that "it is encouraging" that Tehran is in a position to "increase that aid."
